Welcome to Area II Gwinnett County Council of PTAs!
Area II Gwinnett County Council of PTAs serves 44 local units in the Collins Hill, Duluth, Lanier, Mountain View, Norcross, North Gwinnett and Peachtree Ridge clusters, including non-cluster schools Gwinnett School of Mathematics, Science and Technology (GSMST) and Ivy Prep Academy.

Our guiding theme for the year is “Connecting the Community.” Through support, training opportunities and resources, we hope to encourage leaders to work together to unify and strengthen our community and our schools. As this year progresses, look for ways to not only run a quality PTA, but ways to learn about issues that affect children, their families and their community. We hope this website will provide valuable information and guidelines for your Local Unit officers and committee chairs.
Our council is as strong as our Local Units, and we will continue to grow and strengthen through the hard work of our PTA leaders. The growth of our membership is essential if we are to speak on behalf of every child with one voice.
