Bid Qualification Process for
General Contractors

 

  1. View the “Current Bid Openings” on the GCPS web site.
  2. Contact the project Architect/Engineer for pre-qualification information.  (AIA A-305 & required backup).
  3. Submit AIA A-305 along with plan deposit to the Architect/Engineer.
  4. All qualified contractors are required to participate in a mandatory pre-bid conference for each project in order to pre-qualify to bid the project.
