GCPS Purchasing Policy & Procedure

The Gwinnett County Board of Education shall purchase or contract to purchase supplies, materials, equipment, and services, and lease equipment or services. All purchases shall be in accordance with the policies established by the Gwinnett County Board of Education, the Rules of the State Board of Education and the laws of the State of Georgia.
