Notices of Filing of Labor Condition Application

In accordance with 20 CFR § 655.734: Gwinnett County Public Schools (GCPS) is providing notice that H-1B workers are being sought for the occupations and worksites below. All notices of filing below shall remain publicly posted online for a minimum of ten (10) consecutive calendar days.

A copy of the filed Labor Condition Application (LCA) and the required supporting documentation are contained in public access files, which are available for public inspection within one working day after the date on which the LCA is filed with the Department of Labor. The files are available at the address below.

Complaints alleging misrepresentation of material facts in the labor condition application and/or failure to comply with the terms of the labor condition application may be filed with any office of the Wage and Hour Division of the United States Department of Labor.

Teacher Special Education

Gwinnett County Public Schools (o/b/o Gwinnett County Board of Education) has filed a Labor Condition Application (“LCA”) seeking employment of one H-1B nonimmigrant.  This Notice is filed about a 092 three-digit occupational group code.  Specifically, the posting notice is filed concerning the position of Special Education Teacher - Severe Autism and offering a wage of $59,436.00 per year. The period of employment for which this worker is being sought is from July 25, 2024, to July 24, 2027.  The place of employment will be Snellville Middle School 3155 Pate Rd, Snellville, GA 30078. The LCA is available for public inspection at the employer’s principal place of business in Suwanee, Georgia.
