Student Complaints and Grievances

The Gwinnett County Board of Education ("Board") is committed to providing an environment free of all forms of discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin or disability status. As academic success is maximized while studying in an environment that is conducive to the learning process, discrimination or harassment of any kind will not be tolerated.

It shall be the responsibility of the Superintendent or his/her designee to ensure that a procedure consistent with this policy and applicable law is implemented.
