ParentVUE Password Reset Guidance
On March 25, 2024, parents moved from Parent Portal to ParentVUE. This change will require parents to reset their password.
The Parent Experience for Password Reset
The district will send out an Email notification through ParentSquare to parents of active students with an Email in Synergy.
1. The Email to parents will contain a link parents should click to initiate the password change.
2. Parents will be taken to the Forgot Password web page.
3. Parents will enter their Email address, then click Send Email.
4. When they open the Forgot Password email, they will be provided their First and Last Name from Synergy along with a link to click to change their password.
5. The link will open the My Account Password web page.
6. Parent should enter their First and Last Names (as shown in their password reset Email), enter their New Password, then confirm the password.
7. Click Change Password. Parents can now log in to ParentVUE using the new password.
NOTE: Parent can use the Forgot Password link to change their password at any time.
