- Archer High School was named the 2023 AP Honor School based on the 2022 Advance Placement courses and exams. Archer received Honor Status in the following categories: AP Access and Support School, AP Humanities School, AP School of Distinction, AP STEM School, and AP STEM Achievement School.
- Archer has created a sustainable AgSTEM program through interdisciplinary studies, and enrollment in the program has doubled in one year of its development.
- Archer's Fine Arts theater program placed 2nd in the 2022 GHSA Regional One-Act for Emma! A Pop Musical.
- The class of 2023 had over 40 students sign athletic scholarships. The soccer boys and girls teams, wrestling, flag football, and girl's basketball team made state-playoff appearances. Archer also had three coaches be named Region Coach of the Year and two named County Coach of the Year.
- Our World Language department had several students earn gold medals on the National French and Spanish Exams. Several other students won silver and bronze medals on the National French, Latin, and Spanish exams. The department also had a student named Gwinnett County's 2023 Exemplary EL Learner of the Year by the Georgia DOE.
- Archer High School was recognized by the Georgia Department of Education with Operational status for its implementation of Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) in the last school year. PBIS encourages positive behaviors with recognition for students who exhibit appropriate school conduct.
