- The graduating class of 2023 had 766 graduates, with 389 of these graduates earning the status of Honor Graduates.
- Mill Creek HS seniors earned over $43 million in academic and athletics scholarships; not including the State's HOPE scholarship.
- Mill Creek’s Co-ed Competition Cheerleading team won the state championship this year. This marks the program’s seventh state championship.
- Mill Creek’s Football team won its first State Championship in school history.
- Mill Creek High School had one graduating senior earn a full Quest Bridge Match Scholarship.
- One Mill Creek graduating senior was recognized as a National Merit Finalist.
- Mill Creek students served our community this year with over 50,000 hours of community service.
- Over 150 Mill Creek upperclassmen served as iLead mentors working with freshmen throughout the year.
- Mill Creek's leadership club TALON hosted its annual youth leadership conference "LAUNCH", which invited over 100 students in grades 1-8 in the Mill Creek community to learn how to become a leader in their school.
- Mill Creek High School students, faculty and staff raised over 15,000 pounds of food this year for a local food back in the Mill Creek community.
- Mill Creek High School was recognized by the Georgia Department of Education with Operational status for its implementation of Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) in the last school year. PBIS encourages positive behaviors with recognition for students who exhibit appropriate school conduct.
