During and after school hours, the academic support program has led to more than 450 courses recovered for 116 students

100% of GIVE Center East students participate in 220 minutes per week of communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skill building through our Advisement program

Counselors facilitated daily small group sessions that focus on emotional problem-solving, goal-setting, and coping strategies.

70% of 11th and 12th graders participated in four Spring Advisement lessons and a culminating off-campus learning opportunity as part of a newly formed dual enrollment and post-K-12 partnership with Gwinnett Tech.

Partnered with Dr. G Speaks and Kam Phillips to facilitate three student seminar series designed to hone in on purpose, mental wellness, knowing your why, and self-awareness.

GIVE Center East Liaison led initial parent/student meetings to establish Early Return Contracts grounded in interventions specific to why students were separated from their home school; GIVE Center East Liaison also provided 30, 60, and 90-day progress check-ups with families.

100% of GIVE Center East students have access to AKS-aligned assignments and resources 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

100% of students remanded to GIVE Center East receive transportation from their home school to GIVE Center East in the morning and directly to their home in the afternoon.

More than 30% of students were assigned a "Check In/ Check Out" teacher and participated in one of our local school mentor programs.

GIVE Center East is a Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) school. PBIS encourages positive behaviors with recognition for students who exhibit appropriate school conduct.
