- The Beaver Ridge Elementary Robotics Team, The Beaver Bots, competed in regional competitions.
- Beaver Ridge Elementary students participated in after-school programs, including Running Club, Robotics Club, Drama Club, Art Club, Good News Club, Jr. BETA Club, and Recycling Club.
- Beaver Ridge Elementary Parent Center provided instructional support to promote academic success at home for students.
- Beaver Ridge Elementary hosted community events, including International Night, Family Luncheons, STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) Night, Literacy Night, and Celebration of Learning celebrating our Beaver Ridge Elementary families and strengthening home-school relationships.
- Beaver Ridge Elementary celebrated and promoted literacy by participating in Read Across America and Read for the Record.
- Beaver Ridge Elementary was one of the few selected schools to have a GCPS Pre-K Pilot Program to prepare 4 year old students for Kindergarten.
- Beaver Ridge Elementary has Play 2 Learn. A program teaches parents best practices for readiness skills in Communication, Language and Literacy, Cognitive Development, Social-Emotional Development, Approaches to Play and Learning and Motor Skill Development.
- Beaver Ridge Elementary had Ready By 5 (RB5) a FREE nine-week program for families and children from birth to age 5. Parents and children learn together in a fun and engaging way that will build parents' abilities to support their child on their educational journey.
- Our Parent Center offers several workshops to build parent capacity such as weekly English Classes, Instructional Workshops, etc.
- Beaver Ridge is a Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) school. PBIS encourages positive behaviors with recognition for students who exhibit appropriate school conduct.
